Has 670-1 done away with "commercially mounted" ribbon racks (the old version specifically mentioned it - the new one I can't find it)? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/has-670-1-done-away-with-commercially-mounted-ribbon-racks-the-old-version-specifically-mentioned-it-the-new-one-i-can-t-find-it <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> Mon, 23 Oct 2017 14:19:30 -0400 Has 670-1 done away with "commercially mounted" ribbon racks (the old version specifically mentioned it - the new one I can't find it)? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/has-670-1-done-away-with-commercially-mounted-ribbon-racks-the-old-version-specifically-mentioned-it-the-new-one-i-can-t-find-it <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> CW2 Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 23 Oct 2017 14:19:30 -0400 2017-10-23T14:19:30-04:00 Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 23 at 2017 2:20 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/has-670-1-done-away-with-commercially-mounted-ribbon-racks-the-old-version-specifically-mentioned-it-the-new-one-i-can-t-find-it?n=3026115&urlhash=3026115 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There used to be a specific passage that said Soldiers could commercially mount ribbons and said that the backing must be black or match the uniform. It doesn&#39;t seem to carry that passage at all anymore in either AR or the DA PAM. Unless I&#39;m missing it somewhere. I know the PAM specifically mentions commercial variants nearly everywhere else, but this reads fairly clear in my humble opinion.
