Reasonable enough Army post, there is quite a bit of new housing built in the last ten years. The absolute closest town is Elizabethtown, which doesn't have a lot going for it. The good news is that it's a reasonable drive into Louisville. Cost of living in the area is reasonable and Louisville close by means you can have a social life and entertainment. Jackson. 369th AG BN is correct^. However, if you are a re-class, I believe they do that at Ft. Knox now, too. A buddy in my unit is headed there soon.
