Has anyone been to BLC at Camp Johnson, VT? What should I know or brush up on before going? How hard is the land navigation course?

Not sure about the NCOA there, but I can attest from mine and from places other Soldiers I know have been to, you will need to know/brush up on: Leadership, Drill and Ceremony, your oration/speech abilities, PRT, and of course your Land Nav. These areas were the ones that hit Soldiers the hardest.

Its up in the mountains so be ready for a higher elevation plus land nav wasn't to bad, as long as you know what youre doing youll be fine. Stay Army Strong !!

My Schooling was at a different location. But, the best advice I can give you is, learn how to properly write up a memorandum, Award recommendation, NCOER's and the support forms. Army is making a big push towards EES( Evaluation entry system) and if you are proficient in that, you will have a lot of success. Besdies that, do right by the soldiers! Hope thos helped!
