Has anyone else had issues accessing the TOD MOBCOP website (it hasn't worked in the last two weeks)?

I had been keeping an eye out for a Drill Sergeant slot at Ft Benning. Suddenly the website has not been working on the several computers I have tried to use.

I've been on the last couple days. Make sure you're running flash otherwise you won't get past the "warning banner" screen.

Which link is everyone using? I accepted a T10 tour and we've been working with my State's G-3 to get my packet through but I've been forced to call every few days to check the status because I haven't been able to get on MOBCOP for weeks.

Yeah I been having issues since Nov 2017! Boy they are doing everything in their power to prevent a M-Day solider to find tours! I get sick of my unit command asking who wants to go on tours and I put my name in for the past 2 years on the last 8 times they asked and I hear nothing, command has no other info, just asking who wants to go on tour! I get sick of hearing they need 35F's really bad, but never give out the info! MOBCOP was the only access for an M-Day soldier to find a tour and I have more than 1 MOS! Not all soldiers are issued GOV computers, and certainly most do not live close by their unit to try and access it! Heck I have driven 40 miles to my Army Reserve Unit to try and get on MOBCOP a few weeks ago. Guess what? On the Gov computer I still could not access it! Why even have it at all if soldiers can't volunteer for tours? Just my opinion!

Well, with these limitation I am sure the bandwidth has increased significantly in the military network. I mean, Tour of Duty was the place to go for Reservists and National Guardsmen for tours. On the positive side, the Army 360 MSAF survey site must be running lightning fast! What do you all think?

It has been taken away from non- .mil computers. I was just advised of that as of last month. Why, I don't know.

It is still locked out to non-gov IP addresses. However, if you have an AR-NET account, you can login via CITRIX from your home computer.

I have heard this is an ongoing problem that comes and goes.

As of today, 20 October 2018, I was only able to access it from a government computer.

The site is restricted to DoD networks. Are you checking on a work computer?

Others have posted the site is restricted to computers that are on a gov network. Not true, you need to be connected to a .mil network. Cannot access mobcop at my non-dod federal job. Frustrating!

Active-Duty soldiers already, have free-reign to be placed anywhere in the world, to serve our country. Why would the government restrict, the largest serving force, in the United States?.... The National Guard!!
