<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes. The Army is aware of the issue and they have been trying to fix it but it’s going to take some time. I’ve only been able to get Phase 1.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yep PME has been a real pain, especially since STEP kicked off. PPOM 18-01 made it even worse because those that were promoted prior to the implementation of STEP were starting to loose rank. Now there is waiver policies floating around to ease the burden but it only a bandaid until the new revisions of ALC start. Good luck stay fit and volunteer for any shortfalls that may come.
