Has anyone else had trouble getting their PME for promotion?

I’ve been trying to get all three phases done for 15T since 2015. Every time I get put in for a school, the wait list is super long. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes. The Army is aware of the issue and they have been trying to fix it but it’s going to take some time. I’ve only been able to get Phase 1.

ALC was a three year wait to get phase 1. Another year between 1,2, and 3. So all together sixish years...

Yep PME has been a real pain, especially since STEP kicked off. PPOM 18-01 made it even worse because those that were promoted prior to the implementation of STEP were starting to loose rank. Now there is waiver policies floating around to ease the burden but it only a bandaid until the new revisions of ALC start. Good luck stay fit and volunteer for any shortfalls that may come.

It took me 15 years to get thru all the schools as a Guardsman.
