Has anyone else started seeing threads that are multi years old appearing on their homepage?

It seems like in the last week I have been getting lots of topics on my homepage, then when I click on them and start reading I realize they are from 2016 or 2015. I didn't use to get them; it just started recently.

LTC Private RallyPoint Member I have gotten a few of those lately. In some ways it is interesting reviewing old comments; however, I sometimes get confused until I look at the date of the post.

I always thought they were new, because it always says, "MRE", not "C-Rats." Or, "Toilet", not "Can."

I've responded to many of those old topics and then realized they're older than usual. Nevertheless, should I read something interesting that calls for a reply, I do it. I believe it reenergizes the topic for a continuance.

Yes it’s because when folks make new comments on those older threads, it sorta brings them back to life

Yes. Has the RP software been changed? Some older threads are popping up as if they are brand new, and other new threads are getting buried.

YES! I've gotten tons of them lately. I think others are correct that say someone has liked or commented on it and that brings it back to the top.
But why isn't there a way to organize them by "newest" and "trending" like you can on the discussions page?
