Around September-October time frame. I have read elsewhere that if you were picked up for QMP that on your ERB under "Reenl Elig/Prohib" under section III-Service Data, that there would also be a code placed there if you were selected. Also you should be notified by the first O-5 or above in your chain of command regarding this as you have to be notified and sign a memo that you know your rights and what your intentions are. I.e. submit mitigating matters to the board or accept whatever decision is made etc. SSG(P) Adam Koepke Tue, 12 Jul 2016 12:51:47 -0400 2016-07-12T12:51:47-04:00 Response by SSG Mark Franzen made Jul 14 at 2016 7:30 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/has-anyone-gotten-results-for-the-most-recent-qmp-board-for-that-convened-on-may-7th-2016?n=1718364&urlhash=1718364

I would say not to get into a Hurry they will Notify you besides when have spent your life being in the Army for 16.5 years and you have no Chance of being able to complete your time
it really Hurts I know First Hand I wanted to remain in Until I could retire I still upset to this day. You should get notification just like you got the MEMO about you gong on the QMP in the first place. I hope your checking your Email SSG. Good luck I am waiting also. I submitted my rebuttal letter and support letters about 2 months ago. Cross our fingers and pray I guess. This was from 2012. The BDE even had the highest attrition rate of CPT's from the RIF board in 2014.

I was in the unit from 2010 to 2015 (1st Air Cavalry Brigade -1ACB). The Air Cav BDE had many depressed Soldiers who were suicidal during that time period due to the toxic leadership from the brigade command team.

We had just returned back to Fort Hood (June 2012) and finished a year long deployment from Afghanistan and the BDE command team led by COL John Novalis changed over. COL Cory Mindenhall and CSM Chris Amagliani took over and morale in the BDE plummeted! Mindenhall and Amagliani were directed by FORSCOM to get rid of Soldiers for minor offenses such as missing a medical appointment. The Army was downsizing and commanders and CSM's were told to chapter people out for the smallest of reasons. The BDE command team gave no leniency: You missed several formations - gone! You failed one PT test - Gone! Several speeding tickets on post - Gone! An Officer misses two meetings - Letter of reprimand (career killer) - Gone!

Our BDE Chaplain, MAJ Shabazz, had MANY late nights with depressed Soldiers, NCO's, and Officers due to the horrible command team influence of COL Mindenhall and CSM Amagliani.
