Has anyone had an issue getting the Date of Initial Entry into the Military corrected on their ERB?

my date of initial entry into the military is off by 5 years and not sure how to get it corrected or who to go to. BTN S1 cant do it and BDG S1 cant seem to get it corrected also. ALL my documents are accounted for in my IPERMS. any ideas on how to get it corrected

This is a strange one for sure. Looking at your profile it doesn’t appear you had a break in service. That’s usually we’re most problems start. I’m tagging MSG Private RallyPoint Member and SFC Private RallyPoint Member if they have any ideas.

You may have to contact HRC directly to see if they can correct this. No break in service of any type?

DIEMS date fix is very easy. You take your first DD4 to your BDE S1 and the BDE HR Tech who is a CWO 420A goes into E-PAS and changes the date. Simple as that.

S1 will gather all of your contracts and send to HRC. This is not something done at unit or BDE level. Most times if you were delayed entry the contract signature date and date you actually went to basic is mismatched so HRC will review and fix the actual date.
