Has anyone had trouble with SSD3? If so, how did you go about fixing it?

I'm currently doing SSD3 and I recently finished module 1 but when I try to take the module 1 exam it won't launch and I can't move on to module 2 without taking it. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you go about fixing it?

I've had a few Soldiers have these issues. They had to contact the help desk a few times to get the problem fixed. Also try clearing your browser and your cookies. That site is pretty buggy you just have to keep trying.

They only way I could get SSD 3 to work for me was doing it in Google Chrome.

Are you still having problems? I did the exam for SSD3 Module 1 yesterday and just did the Module 2 exam today.

I had issues myself, I called the help desk, and they told me that their system is still using windows 7. So since I have a Mac, I had to do a bunch of it at work.
