If someone hasn't ever filed for an exemption (either exemption) prior to this one, then they probably aren't getting an exemption for this one. Also many major religious institutions and their leaders are supporting the vaccine on moral grounds to save lives.

Medical exemptions may be given to those with serious health concerns that are backed by medical professionals - like if one had adverse reactions to previous vaccines or allergies to the ingredients. Even IF someone gets an exemption they could potentially be temporary. Pregnant SMs could delay until after their pregnancy is over but it's been recommended for pregnant people to get it.
