High-powered rifle fire coming from a rooftop apartment located in Little Italy section of San Diego Sniper has advantage of being on high ground. Incoming flights have been suspended. Active shooter situation.

He's not at the Airport he is on Brant Street. It looks like its a precautionary move as flights coming in to Lindbergh Field approach over that area. As I understand they have him contained to a top Floor Apartment. It started as a domestic dispute. He is believed to have a "High-powered rifle" He has fired it but no one has been hit and there is no indication that he is doing anything other than holing up.

Turns out the guy was a gang banger with a long rap sheet and a brother on death row in San Quentin. Tear gas and flash bang were too good for this bum.
