Has anyone heard of the Colorado Advisory Council on Military Education?

The reason I ask is we have been revamping our state ACME to include more information on what service members and Veterans should consider when looking to choose a school. As an officer of the group, I'd appreciate your comments on what we came up with. http://www.co-acme.org

To be honest I haven't heard of it and what I look for is how fast I can get a degree. I shopped several colleges and my first choice was so slow I gave up not to mention they all wanted me to go to school for 80 hours when I have an AA degree

I have not heard of it either. I have been attending the community college of Denver for two years now. As an older veteran I am looking at how fast I can get trained and out working like PO3 Alexander. I am switching to a trade school because I don't need a writing class or public speaking to be a welder.

What area do you want to go into? The entire Auraria Campus has some good programs to assist students. Also, check out VFW Post 1 at 841 Santa Fe as they have a lot going on - and not just for the grey haired crowd.
