The OCS requirements say that you need a four-year degree. I didn't see any further specified characteristics of the degree (within a specific academic discipline) or the university (must have a specific type of accreditation). Bellevue is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, so I suspect the modality of the degree (online) is immaterial. FYI, the Army National Guard (NY) will enlist you into the OCS program with 60 credits where you do a years worth of weekend drills at OCS with two weeks at the beginning and two weeks at the end. Upon graduation / commissioning you will have to have 90 credits and a Bachelors Degree before you can be promoted to captain. The whole time you attend OCS you will be paid at the SGT/E5 rate. I can vouch for many online schools, those are harder than regular schools (requiring much more work for each person) than if you sat in a class for 40 hours or more for a class instruction.
