Has anyone on RP successfully upgraded their OTH discharge status?

I was medically retired with an honorable discharge, but I had a soldier of mine that received an other than honorable discharge and he successfully got it upgraded. I cannot remember if he received a general discharge after the upgrade or an honorable. I wrote a letter on his behalf to be submitted during the process.

I have never seen it done. I just got my honorable from the beginning so I didn't have to worry about it.
