You will have to check the regs. Some foreign awards are only authorized to be accepted but are not authorized for wear.

The DANCON March Medal is listed as being authorized for acceptance and wear in all three degrees, Bronze, silver, and Gold. It is in Table D-1 of 600-8-22.

It is not listed as having any promotion point value in AR 600-8-19 nor is any other foreign award or badge. Look at table starting at 3-11 in paragraph 3-17.

Look at AR 600-8-19 for the process to properly apply for wear and acceptance of the award. I know of cases where Soldiers participated in partnership exercises and competed and earned foreign badges but failed to ensure the proper documentation was done, causing stolen valor issues later in life. For example the SFC board and Schutzensnuars.
