But no USARC is not the approving authority your First General Officer is which is usually the 1 or 2 star general in your division not sure what division you are apart of. At my first unit my conditional release was denied by a brigade commander . Here at my new unit I was told that’s they could get my 368 sign within 2 months from the time I submitted so now is all up to waiting game ...
