Has anyone seen or processed a DA Form 4187 for deletion of orders due to mission essential MOS?

I am on orders to Fort Bliss, I have looked to see the incoming 92Ys and our BDE has no 30 level out to September coming in.

Your brigade commander has to endorse it. But even then, HRC strengths division has already decided that you're more needed at your future assignment even if you have no back fill.. Unless your unit has an actual upcoming mission, then you aren't actually "mission essential", you're just an uncomfortable loss for your BDE.

This is new to me. I also had replacement inbound within of a month of me getting orders. I appreciate the quick response SFC.
