I am an Army Certified LSS Black Belt. I was also the LSS program manager for SDDC before retirement. I highly encourage you to purchase three books: Lean for Dummies, Six Sigma for Dummies, and Lean Six Sigma Pocket Toolbook (Michael L George, et al.).
