SSG (Join to see) this was my second purchase. I have the original Insanity. What is the Asylum like?

Asylum 1 is a lot of coordination-agility movements. I struggle with some of the exercises because I'm not very graceful. But it's fun. Asylum Vol. 1 has a great strength workout that I used to augment insanity because it's very upper body intensive. Asylum 1 isn't nearly as cardio intense as insanity, that's why I like to hybrid them. Asylum vol.2 is rough, it's more intense cardio with more sports training as vol. 1. Unfortunately I've not yet had the muscle mass/tone I need for vol. 2. Last time I tried it's upper body day I pulled something. But all in all, I love them all.
