The more the folks that protest about trump , the more we see the real problem, the folks protesting about Trumps racism and violence are the actual racist and violent offenders. So the fact that the law firm suing Trump paid the Clintons over 600k for speeches is likely irrelevant, as is the fact that Gonzalo Curiel is a proponent of illegal immigration (appointed by the Obama admin), and the fact the media in general hates Trump.

There is no way there is an undue bias here.

On the flip, Trump has no filter... at all. That can be good, when not bowing to the media, that can be horrible when talking to world leaders.

Does it make him a racist? Nope.

You'll have to forgive my candor, Mr. Mattheisen- Controversial question , so my "answer" can be no less controversial. No-neither the Republican Party, nor the majority of Republican voters are "racists" or "lunatics". My personal assessment is that Mr. Trump is not so much of either, as he is a showman and salesman. The media, infused with the insatiable desire for profit at any cost...is equally non-representative.

What the overwhelming majority of "us" should be viewed as, are working class Americans who always seem to have more bills than money, work for years in careers that "promised" security that appears to becoming more elusive, who are increasingly concerned that our "safety" is at risk, who hold values that appear to be the central "target" of a very loud minority, who are sick and tired of hearing that "we" have some obligation to self-deprecate ourselves for slights that, at best, took place before many of us were even born.

Mr. Trump doesn't "inspire" me, nor garner any great portion of my respect-but after a kangaroo court of a primary, where the "best" the Party could come up with was re-treads of the same empty, pasty, weak-willed tag lines that lost before...at least he's coming out with both guns blazing. It is assumed his "bark" is worse than his "bite", and that's what "we're" counting on.

It's come to that because the opposition isn't Mrs. Clinton or Mr. Sanders, but the people who steal righteous anger they've neither earned nor understand from those who truly have issue-most of whom, are working, paying and serving right alongside us. It's become a "war of words" with people who seem all too ready to surrender every hard-won right they have merely to get a "guaranteed" mediocrity, supported by a host of dangerous, malicious interests that neither represent, nor care about the disenfranchised, displaced, or disavowed.

Long diatribe, for which I apologize, but let's get one thing absolutely, 100% crystal clear-We're not voting for the Party's "savior"...rather, we're choosing the only remaining option that may interrupt the "Progressives'" leadership and give the RNC time to come up with a candidate who has real principles, real experience and for heaven's sake...a backbone...to support them.

Without a specific stated goal of "racism" or any other "ism" an organization will generally lack that characterization. However, individuals may be attracted to other aspects of that organization for other reasons.

The US Military is NOT inherently Conservative nor Progressive, however it tends to attract individuals of a more Conservative leaning. That doesn't mean it has been "hijacked" by conservatives.

I do my very best not to speak badly about anyone, regardless of my level of dislike. It's one of the reasons I am so silent during this campaign season. I am going to "skirt" that momentarily.

Mr. Trump is not a Republican. He is merely running on the Republican ticket. I say the same thing about Sen. Sanders not being a Democrat (he's an affirmed Independent). They are using the Party Platform because they believe that is the only way they can win.

Mr. Trump is promoting the Trump Brand. He's a showman. A very good one. The reason that he defeated the Republicans is because he wasn't playing their game. Refused to play their game.

He appeals to a select portion of the population on an instinctual level. The reason for this is very simple. Humans are predators and we can sense fear like every other predator. Running for President is the scariest thing that any of the other candidates has ever done. They have invested their entire political careers up to this point in this process, and we can "feel the fear" coming off them. Our Lizard Brain tells us they look like scared little rabbits, ready to run off the stage at any moment.

Mr. Trump does NOT care. He is NOT scared, because he is NOT there to be President. He is there to promote the TRUMP BRAND. He has been very successful doing that, and every week that he continues, the Brand gets stronger.

Furthermore, he is NOT spending his own money. He gets FEDERAL MATCHING funds for this, and he is Campaigning where he was ALREADY GOING TO BE ANYWAYS. He had already spent the money and is essentially getting "refunded" by US for the trip.... He figured out how to scam us out of business trip money.

I look at most of the responses and they are from white men. There is a disparity between gender and race and poverty. You all seem to think saying disparaging things in reference to someone's appearance and ethnicity is okay. It isn't. So hate and deny, but there is a difference. He does deploy the racial dogwhistle quite a lot. This is nothing new, however. It's been around for years. Trump just lacks finesse. And it's not just the GOP. By way of comparison, 16% of Trump voters answer "yes" to the question of white racial superiority, whereas among GOP voters as a whole only 10% agree. The answer is no to both questions. 'Bringing the truth behind the party to light' is a bad statement to make. Both parties have done some dirty things throughout their history. The problem is that politicians at every level of government (past and present) chose not to heed the warning that George Washington gave in his farewell address. I honestly don't know. The Republican Party that I remember from young to middle adulthood, had thoughtful, caring leaders that included social justice, women's & public health planks in their official party's policies and in their agendas. I did not then believe for a minute that racism was at the bottom of their souls. Now, I don't know if it's racism or if it's purely financial supremacy, but the two things, absolutely go hand in hand. You can't have financial supremacy without racism, exclusion, limiting access to voting, limiting/downgrading access to education. 1. The judge is a huge supporter of the democratic party.
2. The judge supports the big law firms behind Clinton and Obama.
3. The judge is apart of a Latino only legal society.
So, with these things in mind one might consider that due to Trump's stance on immigration this individual quite possibly could be swayed to use his position for his own personal convictions. It happens all the time with Washington Politicians! Why is it so hard to entertain for a Judge? Do you believe all Lawyers are ethical?
