Particularly in the bayous throughout the training ranges, given enough rain. But since the terrain is varied, you can get yourself to high ground and avoid a lot of it.

What is the context for the question? Buying a house? Training @ JRTC?

I was a weather forecaster there 1995-1998.Response by Lt Col Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 19 at 2016 10:34 AM2016-01-19T10:34:36-05:002016-01-19T10:34:36-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member1302996

At least once a year during hurricane season half the city of Leesville is flooded, on post it's not usually so bad.
