However in light of gradual reopening in many states, trying to find out if anybody has noticed any of those facilities reopening or announcing plans to do so. Personal use is not authorized under current stop move guidance. There is no timeline for their reopening as they are being used to transport IET soldiers to their destinations and the Air Force has restricted access to their regular cargo schedule.
