So I'm not really sure which part your helping on? Is this just entry level positions you're wanting to provide advice about or larger scale stuff like opening your own grocery store? I would think the basic entry level job at a grocery store shouldn't be all that hard. I started with Safeway in High School, but moved on to the Army after graduation.

What MOS's do you all feel would transition to be the right fit for managers of a retail store?

I have seen multiple different MOS's succeed, and some need re-coaching. It seems the ones I thought would not do as well, have proven to be the best!

Which ones do you think would have the best success and which ones do you think would be not the best fit (In retail management)?

That is one of the fields that I am looking to go into based on my current MOS. Can you be more specific about what hiring managers look for on resumes?
