Keeping in mind, of course, that it would take a "more likely than not secondary to..." determination by your physician.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 19 at 2019 1:02 AM2019-07-19T01:02:16-04:002019-07-19T01:02:16-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member4826772<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Inner ear issues have been known to cause dizziness. I don't know that to be related to tinnitus, though.<br />I think your first step is to get a diagnosis, then go from there. Hopefully it is treatable and not permanently affecting.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 19 at 2019 2:03 AM2019-07-19T02:03:13-04:002019-07-19T02:03:13-04:00Sgt Andre Batson4826860<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You should send the VA an "Intent To File A Claim" form to preserve the effective date of your anticipated claim. I also have tinnitus and feel dizzy getting out of bed or when laying down for a period of time. Try what I do, see if it helps. When you wake up, don't get out of bed right away. Stretch in bed and move around before going vertical. I still feel dizzy but haven't fallen over yet using this method. Hope it helps you too.Response by SPC Casey Ashfield made Jul 19 at 2019 11:15 AM2019-07-19T11:15:20-04:002019-07-19T11:15:20-04:00SPC David S.4828207<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Possible vertigo?
