CW5 Private RallyPoint Member287258<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Since this is a military oriented forum, I guess that would be a good focus for this topic, but I'm talking about any online scam at all.<br /><br />And the reason I ask is that my 14-year-old daughter was a victim of the "FBI Virus" scam on her Android phone this past weekend. The "FBI Virus" is ransomware: you click on a link, install a video player, and you're a victim. You receive a message that your phone is locked and you must pay to unlock it. Sadly, my daughter paid - without telling Mom or Dad. I still consider it a scam.
