Everyone wants to be the boss, the guy in charge. It's a great aspiration to have. There are autocratic leaders, democratic leaders, laissez faire, bureaucratic leaders, servant leaders.... What about being more than the boss? Having authority because of position doesn't mean you're truly leading. What about being the kind of leader people want to follow?
