Yes I've changed but not completely and not because of physical limitations. We grow as we gain experience, physically I'm in better shape now than as a PFC I have to work harder to keep it but hey no one ever said it was going to be easy.

That's great! I have had to due to an accident (shoulder) and wear and tear (knee), having to adapt and evolve how I choose to defend myself. I always train to still improve, but at 49 I have gotten much more direct than I used to be and seek maximum effectiveness in the least amount of time. Grappling/ground fighting and kicking off the back leg (pivoting) have become an issue, and I am in the process of working around these things to stay effective. Smarter not harder, but always training hard!

How have you changed? Techniques, strategy?

I am always learning and adapting. I pays to stay ahead of the "Young Bucks" I tell trainees all the time "They are younger, stronger and faster." "I am meaner, nastier, and know more." You decide.
