Most of our training just doesn&#39;t translate to civilian education unless the students are in a technical program (and none of it can be considered upper-division). I was surprised how many people did not and di not know about these programs. It is up to us NCOs to make sure the younger soldiers understand these programs are out there. University of Louisville gave me 48 SH toward my Bachelor of Science in Occupational Training and Development back in 2005. I had to do the legwork of researching all the military courses, correspondence courses and positions held from my AARTS transcript to get it. Webster gave me no credits when I earned my MA in Human Resources Development, but I graduated with 195 credits.
