Appropriate use of force, and violence of action. Looks like a Suicide by Cop, for what, being involved in a theft? Plain stupid on the Suspect. The female officer however drew her tazer initially(WTF?!) and then is late drawing her pistol. By the time she drew, the suspect was down and lost control of his weapon, therefore she should have never fired. The last three shots were her, and to me she wasn't justified, even though he was.
