Have you seen veteran parking spots being blocked?

I have noticed a trend at the local Lowe's. The designated Veteran parking spots seem to be a magnet for empty carts. Someone told me they saw on one of their conspiracy theory websites that the liberals are encouraging people to do this as some sort of protest against veterans having special parking spots. Anybody else seeing this?

Update: Sometimes my humor runs a little dark and weird.

I haven’t seen this yet [~685417:GySgt Kenneth Pepper. What I do see are people just parking in those spaces without a tag or placard. I call law enforcement and they get ticketed!
I actually had a man cuss me for parking my car in a handicap space... I have the placard and have been 100% permanent and total since 2016.

I doubt that it is a nationwide protest against vets. Rather, I think most people are unbelievably lazy and don't think of anyone but themselves. FWIW, I see this happening with the handicapped spots at Walmart all the time...

I'd say just lazy people. I used to do a lot of private security work, and at one of the posts we were required to check for handicap placards or plates on vehicles in handicap parking. Anyone that didn't we put a tow tag on with a timed warning, basically move the vehicle by this time or display the appropriate tag or your vehicle would be towed off of private property.

Hard to enforce vet parking unless the vehicle is displaying a vet plate I suppose. That's up to each individual property to enforce though. I know some properties that wouldn't enforce the handicap parking just because they didn't want to appear confrontational. So I imagine it's the same here.

Have not seen it at my local Lowe's. But My local Lowe's is also about 20 minutes from a major Army Installation.
