So utterly disappointed. As if it's not bad enough some of the younger soldiers are struggling to keep families afloat, they now are expected to pay triple for healthcare?

Here is fact: A retired Army colonel with a family pays $460 a year for healthcare. Now, he will pay $2,048 a year.

I'm all for 'the bigger picture' however, I just can't see it here. We already have soldiers struggling to make ends meet.

SPC Monaco,

I am with you.  It makes no sense that a law intended to help families does completely the opposite.  The enitre country was sold a bill of goods with the health care law.  I am not a conspiracy theorist, but in this case I am pretty sure those in power knew exactly what they were doing from the beginning and this plays into part of a larger scheme.  It is just SAD that the people who can least afford it are once again caught in the middle of a political battle.
