Are there waivers for hearing to be an army pilot? I’m already active duty and have hearing aids for tinnitus but my hearing is still within army standards?

Consult AR 40-501, chapter 4, para 4-7 (which reference table 4-1) for hearing loss tolerances.
As for waivers, anything is possible. Likelihood of it being approved is another story. Consult DA PAM 40-502.

That is going to be up to the Flight Surgeon that does your physical. Is it possible to get a waiver? Yes. Is it going to happen? Only one way to find out. Go find the Flight Surgeon on your base and ask them.

What's your profile looking like? 2? 3? If you have a 3, you probably will not make it in with a waiver. Like the others have said, might as well try and let them tell you no. Don't leave any "what if" questions in your future. They only lead to regret!

So I don’t currently have any profile for hearing the hearing aids are purely for tinnitus. They do amplify conversations but that’s just to compensate for the ringing.

I'm surprised you don't considering tinnitus usually warrants one. Especially if you need a hearing aid. Beware, I bet the flight surgeon might move in that direction. Best of luck to you!
