Help for 100% disabled veteran and Spouse who is partially disabled?

My husband is 100% disabled by the VA. We are wondering if there is any help for us because I had very complicated back surgery last June which left me incontinent and very dizzy and able to do a lot of things. We wondered if there would be help available for housecleaning? I am capable to do the laundry, cooking and a few other things. The vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors are impossible.
