Help in ribbon identification?

Can anyone identify ribbon on left side of this rack? Although probably faded by light and time, it appears to be orange with blue/white/red stripes. Awarded to my father for service with the US Navy in the Philippines in World War II (1945-1946)?

LTC John Thomas Colonel, I believe that ribbon is the Philippine Liberation Medal.

It is indeed the Philippine Liberation ribbon, LTC John Thomas. My father was awarded those same exact medals during WWII. You may wish to research a little more, because with those awards, it’s highly likely your father would also have been authorized wear of the WWII Victory Medal.
As an aside, as you have the ribbons placed, they are in inverse order of precedence. The Philippine Liberation ribbon should be worn to the wearer’s left, as it is a foreign award and must follow all U.S. awards in order of precedence.
Here’s the way my father wore his ribbons.
