Help. Just had a baby, now what?

Recently I had a daughter. I've added her as a dependent for my disability so that I'm able to provide a roof over her had when she visits me. Still struggling to get by. Thankfully me and her mom are cordial and get along for the sake of the baby and we don't like to bring bad vibes around our daughter. Is there anything else I need to do? If I were active duty I'd never have to worry bout having financial means. Thanks for any help/advice my fellow brothers and sisters can provide.

Financially, have her check into the government "WIC Program", they provide food vouchers for the mother and child based on a variety of needs, financial and health reasons if necessary. WIC providers can help you look into other government benefits, like a medical card, so that the state pays for medical needs, or at a minimum medical for the baby.
