Does anyone have guidance on chapter 5-17? What is the process?

So I went to BH and they recommended a chapter 5-17 and my 1sgt and commander agreed that was best, I went to BH and got the chapter packet and my commander signed it and filled it out, I took it back and had my first evaluation with BH for the chapter and they said they were going to send my stuff up the chain and it would be signed and returned back to my commander. I now have a new commander and I haven’t been given any guidance as to what I need to do next. I have started phase 1 physical and sfl tap but that’s because someone else told me I needed to go ahead and do that. I haven’t been given the counseling stating I’m being separated and I’m not sure my new commander is tracking the situation. Any pointers on what to do next ?
