SGT Bill Fish 6651437 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hi all, I enlisted in the Army in 1/75 and discharged in 1/77. After basic and AIT I wasa sent to Germany for my tour of duty. Sometime during the Bill Clinton presidency I received a letter telling me I was eligible for a service ribbon. I can&#39;t find the letter or remember what the ribbon was. Can anyone help or give advice? The only time they sent out letters like that to mention eligibility was when they created the Cold War Certificate.
