Hillary Clinton emails: FBI refuses to cooperate in server probe

The FBI refused to cooperate Monday with a court-ordered inquiry into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email server, telling the State Department that they won’t even confirm they are investigating the matter themselves, much less willing to tell the rest of the government what’s going on.

What the heck?!?!? Yep...someone is buying someone off....or pressuring someone...someone has dirt on someone and this dirt will be swept under the table as to not expose this someone's dirt....cause there is no reason not to convene a grand jury and get this issue/case in court.

Honestly, I am not surprised one bit. Had the Justice Department truly wanted things pushed, I am pretty certain things would have been pushed. She is literally the new Teflon Don. Again, had anyone in the big chairs in DC wanted this to go further, charges would have already been filed and she would be out of the running. Example is Patreaus (sp?). How soon after it was brought to light he passed classified info to his biographer that he had charges filed?

I'm just hoping it is because of all the classified data that is involved. The FBI is just compiling the list. Probably not the fact, but here is hoping someone is doing the right thing.

I wonder if the FBI refusing to cooperate is somehow Trump's doing. Consider this: why press for charges and a trial, when Obama could easily pardon her before he boogies out of office? Its not out of the realm of possibilities that someone plans on winning the election with some sort of announcement or bombshell that destroys Hillary's chances at the last minute..... then takes office, and reopens the email scandal "FBI/Classified Email" thing... this time, with prosecutors and investigators that are not under-thumb of the current administration. Then completely destroys her. I know its a stretch... but what if?
