Honor is earned with each individual person that one comes in contact with. Do you feel honorable and honored?

Don't get me wrong. I feel honorable most of the time. I work hard at it.

SPC Margaret Higgins, I cannot say I agree with you on this. I would suggest that you read Dr. Ivan Misner's "Who's In Your Room?" Not every person you meet is honorable nor do they honor you, veteran or not. You do not want them in your room.
In a typical networking event you have people who just want to pass out as many of their business cards as possible. There is not honor there.

I don't feel very honorable sometimes. But I am honored.
