CPT Private RallyPoint Member7474786<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It's been more than once I've seen a USAR LG vacancy in my mil mail for an O3 position advertised as a KD position that is in the realm of S4/OIC and not a Command Position. Am I reading the wrong PAM 600-3. The ONLY path I understand to CHECK the KD box for LG and QM is: <br />1) A command slot that is a UMR command billet for 12+ months<br />2) In the rank of CPT at the time of command<br />3) Have completed LG CCC prior to taking command<br /><br />That scenario is the only way I understand to check my KD box, and I verified this with my Careers Management Office for LG, but I did so two years ago. <br /><br />Did something change? I'm not a loggie so someone more qualified feel free to chime in.
