you can always use your DAPS account you can order the pub any way you want hard back, soft back or as many as you want. that's the new systems, instead of waiting weeks for the actual manual to come in if you really need it for the troops training. Some units NCOs have so many additional duties that the Pubs guy falls under HR.

there are a couple p[laves you can get them thru Military Channels ... and when all else fails the Non- or Declassified FM/TM/s GTS and circulars can be obtained thru Paladin Press...

I was the UPAR at my BDE HQ and ordered them for the entire BDE.
