Is it feasible? How are people's experiences taking grad school during Logistics CCC? 2018-06-24T22:48:39-04:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 3739914

Does anyone have experience with taking online grad school courses during Logistics Captain's Career Course? Not sure how taxing the current course is. Grad school is pretty involved, but it is a sprint. Having done both separately, and not knowing anything about you, I would recommend against.

Edit: what degree do you plan on pursuing? Is there a Army Logistics University program you can tap into for concurrent credit? is there a way to pick it up on the back end of CCC? Are you already in a program?

Brick and mortar Graduate degree programs are not usually portable. CCC is only 6 months. My obervation, online programs are fairly rigorous with self paced reading and writing/participations requirements. Some graduate programs are on 10 week terms. Others are a traditional semester. CCC may or may not be a struggle for you. It is usually doctrine heavy. It also will round out your multifunctional logistics knowledge and round out your experience based understanding specific to the unit(s) you served in. Your experience from your profile looks like EAB in a particular location with location specific requirements. Your small group will be configured to trade that experience from EAB and BCT and below. A Division guy will have a different view of the world than you and vice versa.
