Rather, just like any accomplishment that you would include, extract out the pertinent information and tailor it towards the narrative you're trying to tell.

Hypothetically, if you were in charge of setting up a fuel distribution point during a Division exercise, and leadership recognized you because of how efficiently it was run as well as exceeding the expectations for throughput despite extended operations, you could focus on a number of aspects of that recognition such as organization, efficiency, adaptability, etc.

For example: "Receive recognition by senior leadership for adapting to demanding and changing logistic requirements during a major exercise..."

Remember - Resumes are to get an interview. Interviews are to get the job. Paint the best possible picture in the resume of the individual that is the best fit for the position you are applying for, but be able to explain that picture during an interview.Response by COL Randall C. made Sep 28 at 2025 4:57 PM2025-09-28T16:57:45-04:002025-09-28T16:57:45-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member9028292

I don't illustrate any of my awards on my resume.
