How can I access my retirement points statement?

Everyone I have talked to says to access them through the hrc.army.mil website which I have access to. I follow the instructions to go to the 'My Record Portal' which tries to take me to hrcapps.army.mil but the page won't open and says "website blocked for operational reasons by the DOD enterprise level protection system."

I called HRC 1-800 number to see if they could access my retirement points form and send it to me and they told me that I can only access it through hrcapps via hrc.army.mil. I am at a complete loss and need my retirement points statement to get my COE for a VA loan?

Are you trying from a civilian or government computer?

If you no longer have access to a government computer look to see if the VA has it.
