<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>From what I’ve seen units will typically have slots for MFTs. Ask your chain of command if they have any slots available or a vacancy.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberThu, 11 Mar 2021 18:25:59 -05002021-03-11T18:25:59-05:00Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 11 at 2021 11:43 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go onto ATRRS course catalog and look at the prerequisites. Pretty sure you have to be an NCOSFC Private RallyPoint MemberThu, 11 Mar 2021 23:43:19 -05002021-03-11T23:43:19-05:00Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 12 at 2021 12:20 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Where are you stationed? In Hawaii the MFT cadre came here and had classes. Never seen an e-4 being able to do it though. Most units have MFT's that advises the commander on physical readiness and presents a plan to build there companies overall percentage. In order to do the course you will need to be decent at pt, I believe a 270 and above. Not to sure now with the ACFT but should have a high score either way.SSG Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 12 Mar 2021 00:20:23 -05002021-03-12T00:20:23-05:00Response by SFC Melvin Brandenburg made Mar 12 at 2021 10:28 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Focus first on being an NCO, and a damn good one at that. But, <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="148812" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/148812-79s-career-counselor-usaraf-hq-usaraf-setaf">SFC Private RallyPoint Member</a> gives the best advice of all on this.SFC Melvin BrandenburgFri, 12 Mar 2021 10:28:39 -05002021-03-12T10:28:39-05:00Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 13 at 2021 2:44 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Last time I looked in ATRRS, some of the minimum requirements was you had to be a SSG or higher and an APFT score of 270 or higher. Now, with the ACFT, I'm sure some things have been adjusted. You can easily get onto the ATRRS course catalog (use a government computer) and check the requirements. Or, get with your Training NCO to see if they can look them up.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 13 Mar 2021 02:44:42 -05002021-03-13T02:44:42-05:002021-03-11T17:44:50-05:00
