I then received and email yesterday saying that I was removed as a candidate from the FY21 AC SFC Evaluation board as verified by the last four digits of my social. I talked to my S1 and they told me that as per MILPER 20-193 dated 21 June 2020, I do not qualify because of the BASD criteria 30 Jun 00 or later, My BASD is 2 Feb 00. However a new amendment came on 20 July 2020, changing the BASD from 30 Jun 00 to 31 Jan 99 by this amendment I do qualify now. I am just confuse now, I received two emails on Saturday that I need to prepare for the FY21 board then on Monday that I was removed from the candidate list. So what is right? I took the milper message with the amendment to my S1 but he told me that they must be a third new amendment publish but I cannot find it yet on the most recent MILPER Messages. But, if you believe you meet the requirements, email the POC on the MILPER and request for them to open your board file.
