How can I find a copy of my college transcripts?

When I enlisted in the army, I had to upload my college transcripts into the system (bachelor), or my recruiter did it for me I guess. Is there a way I can find my transcripts from the college I attended prior to enlisting into the military somewhere in my AKO or any Army/Military website?

The easiest way is to contact the registrar's office at the college you attended.

Sometimes you might be able to go to sites like this: http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/
Other times you might need to contact your college directly.

Update: I called up my recruiter (he remembered me)! And he can get my transcripts for me that he uploaded long ago.

Backstory: I am starting grad school in two weeks and needed my transcripts. I called the university where I attained my bachelors degree and there was a medical hold (I didn’t know about) on my account. I’m not able to come up with that amount of money in a short amount of time so I was wondering how else I could attain the documents.
