How can I find out when stop movement is in place for my unit? Am I allowed to IST during a stop movement?

My unit is scheduled to deploy next year in premob in January. I moved beginning of September and they are saying may not be possible to IST because of stop movement, but no one is able to confirm when that stop movement took effect. I have heard 180 days out, 90 days out but nothing in writing even my readiness NCO is not certain when it took effect. Are stop movements published in writing?

I found an old MILPER message number 11-004 stating 90 days out. But that could have changed since then.

You'll find out when they tell you. Very unlikely at this point though.
