How can I find out where my VA appeals claim actually is and when I might get a reply?

I've had an appeal which already was seen by a judge and agreed with me/doctors to grant my increase. This has been 7 years now. I've been told my claim is in Washington and VBA has no control over it.
How can I find out where my claim actually is and when I might get a reply?

I've been turn down for increase disability for the last 10 years. I'm only at 10%, and I have had over 10 surgeries since 2005. But they refuse to increase my disability, saying that it's not military connected. How would they know, if they never did what I had to do in the Army. I drove an Howitzer, and ran PT for 8 years. Fought overseas, and endure mental and physical breakdown. That's a lot of wear and tear on the body. Can someone please help me with my appeal. I don't know why it's going to take me 10 years or more to have my appeal heard. By the time my appeal is heard, I'll be to old to enjoy what I fought for the right to live my life financially free like others.
Someone please tell me why this country is more eager to give our tax payers money to foreign countries, rather then help vets like me with medical conditions.
